Standard warranty for the whole unit is 3 years. During the warranty period, Any quality defect will be provide parts for free.

● Process management control
From the raw material to the shipment sent we have completed management and strict control to make sure each step without errors.
1. Material arrival inspection.
2. Full follow earlier confirmed drwaing & specs with customer for assembly
3. Factory strict testing.
4. QC whole unit check before shipment.
● Lead time
Normally 25-35 days upon order confirmation.
Peak season will take 35-40 days.
For Urgent order can expedite to 15-25 days.
● Shipment
For light/ small qty parts can be sent by air.
Bulk order will send by sea.
